Equipped with LED technology lighting system, which saves electricity and is much safer than NEON lights. The fuse box and connectors are all protected with IP54 waterproof standards to help Heli forklifts operate safer in the rain.
The newly designed display screen is more eye-catching and easier to read, thereby helping the operator handle things better. The new error code display function is added to the display screen of the forklift, greatly improving the maintenance efficiency of the entire vehicle.
The lifting frame is designed with a larger opening than the K series, the larger opening leads to a larger operator’s viewing angle. In addition, the lifting frame is made using German technology with high hardness, good wear resistance and high precision.
A small distance from the front axle to the lifting frame results in a small front swing arm, resulting in greater lifting stability. The safety of Heli K2 series forklifts reaches 1.5 times with this new design.
The overall compact design and lighter weight of the Heli forklift lead to a 5% reduction in fuel consumption, the engine works less, and is more durable. The load on the front and rear axles is reduced, leading to increased life of the front axle, rear axle and tires.
Forklift hydraulic divider valves can reduce pipeline pressure loss and reduce energy consumption. The cooling efficiency of the entire vehicle’s hydraulic system increased by 15%, and the life of the seals and hydraulic pipes was improved.
The engine cooling system is scientifically designed and the heat dissipation performance of the entire vehicle is improved by 15% compared to the K series. The life of important parts such as motors and gearboxes is greatly improved, providing better choices.
The opening angle of the hood reaches 80 degrees, with the design of the beveled hood, the maintenance space is expanded.
Engine oil filters, transmission filters, and diesel filters are arranged in large spaces to make maintenance more convenient and effective.
